All I was doing was sleeping with visions of your exam dancing in my head. Suddenly, a voice woke me from my sound sleep.

I found that I was now pregnant and ready to have a child. My wife was more shocked that I was. Fortunately, she was able to help deliver our new twins.
I'm not sure if the voice was a space alien or a higher force but hey these things happen.
