Free Speech

After viewing your grading of my exam, I feel that I have a valid excuse -- not for missing the exam by for my performance.

I was unaware of your practice of restricting free speech since you only appear to accept answers that meet some sort of mysterious guidelines that you mask under the guise of "the correct answer." This appears to be a violation of my first amendment rights.

I am giving you 7 days to voluntarily agree to correct my grade. In addition, I expect to receive copies of your phone records, access to your computer and any other sort of trivial information I can think of. If not, I will be filing a court action. While it will be baseless, it will cost you big bucks simply to defend yourself.
